Bring your own components, test your applications under real production conditions and discuss your results directly with our engineering team, who will support you throughout the entire evaluation process.
Customer trainings
Our highly competent support team provides two types of in-depth training: User and Maintenance. Both trainings help our customers derive maximum benefit from our Flip-Chip Bonders. Training can be conducted either at SET or the customer’s facility.
